Biography
Bryanna Johnston is a Deputy Chief Case Manager with over 12 years of experience in veterans law. Accredited since 2017 and holding an Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies, Bryanna has dedicated her career to guiding veterans and their families through the complex VA claims process. She supports veterans through every stage of the process, from filing initial claims to appeals at the VA Regional Office, the Board of Veterans’ Appeals, and the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims (CAVC). She is a dedicated advocate until veterans receive the benefits they are entitled to.
Her work is defined by a combination of legal expertise and compassionate advocacy, ensuring each client feels supported and understood. Bryanna’s commitment to serving the veteran community is deeply personal; she is the proud granddaughter of a World War II veteran who earned a Purple Heart, a World War II nurse, and a Vietnam veteran.
