Biography

Kelsey Wilcox is an accredited veterans claims agent and Senior Case Manager who has dedicated her career to veterans disability since 2020. Her passion for serving veterans and their families is rooted in her upbringing — both the daughter and granddaughter of proud U.S. Navy veterans. Kelsey’s career began in 2007 at the Social Security Administration, where she gained foundational experience in disability law. Since 2013, she has worked extensively in the disability claims field, transitioning from social security to veterans disability, where she found her true calling.

In May 2022, Ms. Wilcox became an accredited representative for VA claims, using her deep knowledge of disability systems and veteran-specific regulations to advocate for those who served. She is trained in the Veterans Benefits Management System (VBMS), equipping her to expertly navigate complex claims with professionalism and precision.

Kelsey Wilcox is known for her compassionate approach and unwavering commitment to helping veterans and their families receive the benefits they deserve. Her background in both SSA and VA law gives her a well-rounded understanding of the challenges veterans face, making her a trusted guide throughout the claims process.
