Biography
For eight years, Kristy Bankston served as an engineer in the United States Army. During her time in the Army, Ms. Bankston supported humanitarian missions in Northern California and Louisana, including wildfires and hurricanes. In 2005, she deployed overseas for two years to support Operation Enduring Freedom (OED). She was a Sergeant at the time of her deployment.
After leaving active duty, Ms. Bankston worked as a Veterans Assistance Counselor for the Louisana Department of Veterans Affairs for four years. Today, she is a Senior Case Manager with Cameron Firm, PC, where she specializes in helping veterans pursue the benefits they earned through their military service. Kristy Bankston is passionate about her work and advocates for veterans with complex cases that require individualized attention.
