Biography
Tammy Loy, M.A., J.D., is a highly skilled attorney with over 16 years of experience in federal disability appeals, having assisted hundreds of claimants before the Social Security Administration and served as an Attorney Advisor with the Board of Veterans Appeals.
Before joining the firm in 2026, Ms. Loy worked as general counsel, Privacy Officer, and Social Security disability advocate for a private corporation in Indianapolis, Indiana, where she developed a passion for advocacy. Her long-standing family history of military service has always left her feeling compelled to serve veterans, leading her to work as an Attorney Advisor for the Board of Veterans Appeals—a dream she held since attending law school.
As the daughter of a Vietnam veteran and granddaughter of a Korean War veteran, Ms. Loy has a deep appreciation for those who serve our nation in the military. Coupled with her background as a Social Security disability advocate, she has first-hand knowledge of the sacrifices veterans and their families make to protect our country and preserve our freedoms. She is committed to ensuring they receive the care and benefits they deserve.
