Attorney Megan Ellis

Attorney Megan Ellis is an attorney with Cameron Firm, PC. Ms. Ellis comes from a proud Navy family; her grandfathers, her uncle, and her brother served or are currently serving as sailors. She is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and Rhode Island before the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims and the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals.

Ms. Ellis attended the University of Rhode Island, earning a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and graduating cum laude. After leaving URI, she attended Boston College Law School, serving as Executive Editor of the Uniform Commercial Code Reporter-Digest.

 

Career and Achievements

Upon graduating from law school, Ms. Ellis joined the law firm of Chisholm, Chisholm, and Kilpatrick, where she focused her practice exclusively on representing veterans. Since 2014, she has represented hundreds of disabled veterans pursuing VA benefits. Ms. Ellis has significant experience dealing with veterans’ issues, including Agent Orange exposure, mental health disabilities, and unemployability claims. She served as co-counsel on several critical cases, including Harper v. Wilkie and Lyles v. Shulkin. In 2020, Attorney Megan Ellis brought her wealth of experience to Cameron Firm, PC, where she continues to fight for the veterans and their families who served this country.
