Biography

Colleen Kelly is a four-year United States Marine Corps veteran who has dedicated the majority of her professional career to serving veterans and their families. After leaving Active Duty, Ms. Kelly worked as a Veterans Service Officer for Solano County Veterans Services for six years. 

She advocates for veterans with complex cases that require individualized attention and specialized care, such as Military Sexual Trauma, Total Disability Individual Unemployability/Individual Unemployability (TDIU/IU), Post-traumatic Stress Disorder, Dependency and Indemnity Compensation, and Agent Orange exposure. 

Colleen Kelly’s extensive knowledge and experience with the Veterans Benefits Administration and the Federal Rules and Regulations regarding benefits and eligibility for Disability Compensation and Pension has been instrumental in helping her make a successful difference for the many veterans and their families who have pursued VA benefits.
