No Sale of Personal Information

Cameron Firm, PC does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share limited information with trusted third-party service providers strictly for operational purposes such as website analytics, communications systems, and performance monitoring. Such third parties are prohibited from using your information for their own marketing or unrelated purposes.

Electronic Communications

Visiting VeteranAppeal.com, submitting forms, or sending emails to Cameron Firm, PC constitutes electronic communications. Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Site shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act, administered by the American Arbitration Association, before a single arbitrator. Arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis only.

Class actions, collective actions, and representative proceedings are not permitted. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims or preside over any form of class or representative proceeding.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The Site and all information and services provided are offered “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind. Cameron Firm, PC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cameron Firm, PC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Site.

Termination

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any matters not subject to arbitration shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
